  1. Hi guys, Really love the sabre RGB mouse, had it since 2017, but the middle mouse click is failing, sometimes it works if I press it hard enough, usually does not. I have reconfigured the Button 8 to do the middle mouse click function for me and that works fine but I wondered if there was a way to fix it? I have already tried software fixes, (soft reset, icue close, icue update etc.) I have already opened the mouse up, cleaned out debris and there is no "obvious" issues, it still makes the tactile "click" noise, if I press directly on the button (instead of the bar) and it also occasionally works. It looks easy enough to remove the button (desolder) and potentially install a new button there, but does anyone know where you can get that button? (part code?)   2. Is there any way to change channel on this device so that it can be used in conjunction with my G903? Right now it's causing random hitching in my mouse tracking and I'm about to refund this thing.
  3. The mouse goes into sleep mode after a certain period of time. Macro keys don’t work. When I get to mouse’s interface sw, the mouse appears to be turned off but it works like a charm. When the mouse is connected to wireless dongle and try to charge it, the cursor disappears and doesn’t move. Also scroll button is not working properly.
  4. Dear Corsair; Please add support SCIMITAR RGB to iCUE 4. I bought this mouse on 2019 and you not support it! Please respect customers. I have lot of Corsair devices and just for this mouse cannot use iCUE 4 because it not support it. Best regards
  5. I have a K55 RGP pro mouse, and whenever i move my mouse in game, my frames drop a lot, like from 100 to 20. But when i use another mouse or my touchpad i experience no lag. Pls i would really appreciate it if y'all can give me a fix/
  6. Hi - I registered here because I LOVE this mouse, and I HATE this mouse. I love it because it's the perfect mouse for my super weird claw grip, I love the weight, and I love how it works (WHEN it's working). I hate this thing because it randomly (every 30 seconds or so) lags at tracking my movements, and every few minutes it STOPS tracking completely; I move the mouse, but the pointer remains completely stuck in place. When this happens, I can still click the buttons - for example, right-clicking brings up the menu, etc - but the pointer will NOT move until I lift the mouse then put it back down. Until I pick it up, it will remain stuck regardless of the wild movements I make. EDIT: This issue persists whether I use the mouse wirelessly or wired. I have not tried BT, but that won't solve anything anyway. I have tried this on 3 Harpoon Wireless mice, with old firmwares, with latest firmwares, with wire, with dongle, with polling rate at 1000, 500, 125, etc. I have changed the DPI settings, I've changed the lighting settings, I've turned off the lighting settings, I've turned off the sleep settings. I've even disabled the "Allow computer to put this device to sleep" setting in Device Manager for EVERY USB device and hub I could find. I've uninstalled iCUE, I've reinstalled iCUE, I've tried older version of iCUE. The result is always the same. Then when I grab my Razer Mamba from my other computer and plug it in to the SAME USB port as the Harpoon was using, everything works flawlessly. When I plug the Harpoon in to other computers, regardless of USB port or revision (USB 2.0 or 3.0) it always does the same weird tracking drop outs and lags. Guys, if anyone out there has some kind of solution or has experienced the same issues, please speak up because this thingy is driving me nuts but I don't want to give it up.   7. Bonjour, Je constate des latences lorsque je bouge ma souris, comme un petit freeze qui survient régulièrement. En jeu (warzone) c'est clairement infâme ... Depuis peu je vois ces lags sur mon bureau. J'ai procédé à un test d'input lag sur internet, je constate des pics de latence qui reviennent fréquemment (ci-joint la capture). Merci d'avance pour votre aide.
  8. Is there a setting in icue that lets you change the color of the status led (the one right behind the mouse wheel)? I often leave my mouse tethered, resulting in the status led shining bright green.   9. Why on earth does iCUE keep adding (1) to the end of the device name? How can I fix this? :confused:
  10. Am I the only one that finds those side thumb buttons incredibly annoying? I used it on Linux a while ago, so I couldn't easily reconfigure them either (no iCUE for Linux). I constantly pressed them when I didn't mean to. So I ended up prying them out with a flat-iron screwdriver! Instant improved mouse! And I've been using it lilke that for the past few months now btw, and still I still mean that. I sometimes accidentally press the top DPI button as well, but not nearly as much. And I've learned to quickly go back to the old setting I had anyway. Plus, that function is actually useful at times. (Then there are the nightmare thumb-keypad mouses? What are they thinking? Lol!) Just wondering :sillygrin
  11. Hi. I recently bought the harpoon rgb wireless mouse and I immediately ran into problems! Suddenly the mouse (occasionally) stutter for a few seconds and then "stabilizes" shortly after. At first I thought that maybe it could be a defective item ... so I asked for a return and I had another one sent ... but this too has the exact same problem! With the wire all this does not happen. Since win 10 I have disabled all energy savings (for each usb hub) ... I have also set the performance mode, I have "unparked" also the processors but nothing, this problem continues to persist. With the old mouse (the one I sent back) I updated the mouse to the latest firmware version available through ICUE .... and nothing has changed ... on the contrary, I think it has made the situation even worse. Before using the new mouse, I also formatted the PC and tried it without ICUE. In short, I really think that this line of mouse is, most likely, defective and that the 1000hz polling is just marketing! The fact is that I also find myself with this mouse, the problems I had with the first one. I exclude the software a priori! My configuration is: i7-6700k (NO OC), RTX2080S OC gigabyte, 16gb DDR4, ssd 1TB, Win7/Win10 PS: Ah .. I forgot. I also tried the mouse on win 7 and it has the exact same problem!!!!! Also I see that many people have the same problem as me! Has anyone found the solution? Because otherwise I ask for the return of the product directly! Thanks and sorry for my English
  12. The mouse seemed to enter a standby mode after 30 seconds of inactivity. After that, you'd have to move it a greater distance before the pointer would move also. This was driving me a little nuts! Luckily, a soft reset seems to have fixed the issue! There's no iCUE for my OS (Linux Mint), but I had Window 10 on a laptop a few months back (not any longer). I am pretty sure I set the mouse to power saving mode back then (for wireless ofc). Apparently, this also applies even while using it wired :rolleyes: (I haven't used this mouse for a few months, until now). Just thought I'd post this here anyway. Plus, it's really a bug / oversight, and they should fix that.
  13. I have a Dark Core mouse that has horrible squeaking on the left mouse button when gaming. Any type of rapid pressing causes it. I did a return and the replacement to only find out the new one squeaks louder. Anyone have the Dark Core and not have the issue? I am wonder if I just had bad luck and should try a third? I really like the mouse option of not dragging your pinky on the mouse pad and everything except the noise is perfect. Any help is appreciated.
  14. Recently I brought the K70 RGB MK.2. I can't find save profile to device on iCUE. Thought Keyboard is defective. After little research, hope I found the solution.:biggrin: It is not about the iCUE or hardware issue. I'm running iCUE Version 3.15.101 Keyboard Firmware Version 3.24 WE NEED TO SOFT-RESET THE KEYBOARD Follow these steps to Soft Reset the Keyboard Quit iCUE Unplug the keyboard With the keyboard unplugged, hold down the ESC key. While holding down the ESC key, plug the keyboard back into the computer. After about 20 seconds, release the ESC key. If done correctly, your keyboard's lighting will flash. For the K95 RGB Platinum, this process is slightly different: Quit iCUE Unplug the keyboard With the keyboard unplugged, hold down the ESC key. While holding down the ESC key, plug the keyboard back into the computer. Hold the key down until the keyboard begins to flash. Unplug the keyboard and plug it back in. Official Link to Keyboard Soft-Reset Official Link to Mouse Soft-Reset Issues: You cant export or copy the Default Profile to Onboard Memory. You need to Select one of the Onboard Memory Profile (HW1, HW2, HW3) and select Lightening effect. Only 5 custom or 1 predefined lightening effects can be created for Hardware Profiles. NOTE: I don't have K95 RGB or Corsair Mouse to check this method. If anyone have K95 RGB or Corsair Mouse, try this method and comment on this thread
  15. I recently upgraded my Harpoon mouse to the Dark Core RGB Pro. On the Harpoon, the "middle button" (directly below the scroll/wheel) lit up with assigned DPI modes/settings and pressing the button would change/scroll through various DPI modes. I installed the Dark Core RGB and the middle button behaves completely different - it does not light up (unless being charged, then it is green OR when turned on or reconnecting, then it is white). Pressing the button no longer scrolls through the various DPI modes/settings but turns off all lights across all iCUE connected devices (mouse pad, keyboard, mouse, headphone stand). Any ideas if/how I can change this button's behavior? In the settings in iCUE I cannot even select the button to assign it or map it... Thanks!
  16. Not sure what is happening but everything has been updated to the latest firmware and my dark core pro rgb has needed constant soft reset after lights go out. Even if I remove the dongle to move to another port I after to soft reset to get the mouse working again. fully charged icue: 3.37.130 mouse: 2.7.37 dongle: 2.4.14 keyboard 3.24
  17. So I'm unfamiliar with iCue, but I want to set my side mouse buttons to free keys, instead of them taking up a key from my keyboard. Is it possible for them to be their own key? Like MB5, etc... Thank you so much for your time!
  18. Hello, first time here. So, i bought my Harpoon mice 2 months ago. Works like a char until recently the right click gave out on me. Once tried to re-update the mouse and worked. Tried to do it again when it died again but no luck. Searched in the internet to search what caused this, my biggest worry that it's already collected dust that can tamper the inside of the mouse. Tbh with y'all i've been using it in my not so clean room that i rarely cleaned (but not a dumpster room yet) and i've been sleeping sometimes waking up the mouse was below me yet at the time it worked just fine. Can anybody help what caused this and it's solutions while i will try to clean the inside if it can solve the issue? Thx.

Hace un par de días invertí emocionado en este excelente mouse por varias recomendaciones que he leído aquí en el foro, el problema es que al momento de cambiar de mouse y jugar varios juegos de EpicGames y Blizzard no puedo configurar los botones de sniper (el botón grande accesible con el pulgar), Perfil superior e inferior, Más PPP y Menos PPP. Únicamente pude utilizar los botones de Volver y Adelante reconocidos en ambos juegos como (4) y (5). Tengo la duda si es porque en la configuración de los juegos solo permiten dos botones extra, o tengo mal configurado el mouse. Gracias por su ayuda!
  20. Bonjour ! Depuis un certain temps, ma souris Corsair Ironclaw ne veut plus se connecter en 2.4 GHz. Elle ne fait que clignoter en blanc. Je pensé que cela venait d'une mise a jour a faire, mais non... Si quelqu’un pourrait m'aider ce serait super cool. Merci d'avance ::pirate::
  21. Hallo Zusammen, ich habe seit heute eine Corsair Scimitar Pro RGB. Mein Problem besteht mit den progammierbaren Seitentasten. Wenn ich die Push to talk im Teamspeak oder Discord belegen will, dann erkennt die automatische Tastenerkennung meine Seitentasten von der Maus nicht. Somit wollte ich das dann per Makrobelegung innerhalb der Corsair-software ändern. Somit habe ich drt 4ten Taste der Maus ein makro zugewiesen welches die numpad 4 sein soll. Soweit funktioniert das auch, aber wenn ich jetzt Path of Exile spiele, dann wird diese Taste nicht mehr erkannt. In anderen Spielen wird sie jedoch erkannt. Woran könnte es liegen? Ich habe jetzt keine Funktion innerhalb der Software gefunden die soetwas beheben könnte. Für Anregungen wäre ich dankbar. Grüße Ufoo

Bonjour, Impossible de télécharger la mise à jour pour ma souris sur iCUE (Glaive RGB 3.14) j'ai désinstaller/réinstaller le logiciel, changer de version j'ai même essayer de changer la langue mais rien ne marche J'ai ce message d'erreur : http://www.noelshack.com/2019-09-1-1551050169-sans-titre.png De plus, iCUE ne reconnait plus ma souris après l'erreur.

  24. Bonjour, j'ai reçu hier ma nouvelle souris M65 Pro RGB, tout marchais pour le mieu, jusqu'à l'installation de Corsair Utility Engine... Une fois le logiciel d'installation Corsair lancer, les drivers se sont arreter, puis mis a jour, jusque la rien d'anormal, mais une fois l'instalation terminé, la souris ne marche plus du tout, les couleurs ne fonctionne plus, les bouton ne fonctionne plus, le curseur ne bouge pas, mais elle est détecter, j'ai esseyer tout mes port usb disponible 4 3.0 et 6 2.0 mais rien ne change, mais mon ancienne souris marche sur tout les port, donc je ne sais pas ... J'ai esseyer de désinstaller les drivers puis les réinstaller rien :/ Quelqu'un aurai deja heu se problème ? Merci des éventuelle réponse . Hanketsu.

Ich habe seit ungefähr 2 Jahren das Problem, dass meine Maus nach der Installation der CUE (manchmal hab ich danach sogar 2-3 Tage Ruhe) plötzlich anfängt nicht mehr klicken zu wollen oder eher gesagt, sie klickt durch Fenster durch sodass mir diese dann als inaktiv angezeigt werden! Einen Lagg konnte ich ausschließen, da gewisse Parts des Desktops anklickbar waren wie zB die Taskleiste, nach dem Anklicken des Startmenüs allerdings war dann auch dieses inaktiv und plötzlich mein Browser Fenster aktiv. Ja, das Problem besteht tatsächlich seit 2 Jahren und ich dachte immer, es wäre ein Virus woraufhin ich mehrere Male Windows neu aufspielen musste und dadurch auch wieder auf Windows 7 bin (vorher Windows 10) und nun auch das Update nicht mehr durchführen kann auf Windows 10. Ich habe mehrere Foren durchsucht und bin dann darauf gestoßen, dass die Utility Engine wohl diese Probleme verursachen könnte, nach der Deinstallation war es dann wie durch Zauberhand behoben und das wäre weiterhin auch nicht schlimm wenn nicht der Mauszeiger beim Laden von Programmen auf und ab hüpft und ich meine DPI nicht einstellen kann (was für mich sehr wichtig ist). Seit gut 2-3 Monaten nutze ich die CUE nicht mehr und es funktioniert insofern, dass ich Fenster wieder anklicken kann und diese nicht als inaktiv gezeigt werden. Ich habe ein wenig Angst davor, CUE erneut zu installieren, da auch die Deinstallation sehr schwer fällt mit dem genannten Problem. Gab es seitdem Updates für dieses Problem oder war es überhaupt bekannt? Ich würde schon gerne die Features nutzen, die die Maus auch bietet. Ich freue mich auf jegliche Antworten und verbleibe bis dahin mit freundlichen Grüßen!
