I have the three fans set aside and removed. I replaced them with similar and the replaced fans work just fine. The fans that came with the system are duds, regardless of what case I try them in. As I said, i have two systems build around 5000x cases...one white and one black.

Ok so it is really easy to disgnose the problem as I have two cases and two builds., a X570 AMD in black and Intel 10th Gen in white. The white system is actually pretty impressive as shown in the attached pik. My problem is with the black case where the 3 front SP Elite 120's are not bright whatsoever...almost unnoticeable in fact. I simply cannot get them to brighten at all and iCUE 4 says they are full power. I have yet to find a way to get them working and have switched LEDs off with others that are nice and bright. Ideas? All 3 LEDs are not bright at all. Solutions?
