  1. Hey, have you worked with Asus?
  2. will Corsair ever fix the Dominator Platinum DDR5 RGB freeze? me and my brother have the same problem and this forum is full of users that complains of Dominator RGB freezing. if this is something that can be fixed, fix it, if this is something that can't be fixed due to a design flaw, stop selling defective products.
  3. This is the Asus / Corsair cooperation. Asus says that it's a Corsair problem and Corsair says that it's an Asus problem. It time to stop buying products from both this manufacturers.
  4. No I haven't found a solution yet and Corsair have no solution yet. Corsair says that it's an Asus problem and Asus says the same. This is the collaboration I see between Asus and Corsair. The fact that Asus don't want to enable SPD write by default says it long. Controlling RGB using SPD is simply a bad design. SPD write isn't meant for this kind of things.
  5. @Corsair Fer Ok I have finished all the requested tests. I'll submit the results via ticketing system. The interesting part is that I have found that the proble exists even with two sticks only with no XMP.
  6. same problem here Corsair Dominator DDR5 on Asus motherboard
  7. Asus + Corsair has a problem that they want admit. I have a similar problem on Asus Z690 Extreme and Corsair Dominator DDR5. All you can do is to stop buying products from brands that hide problems because they know that they aren't able to fix them. Stop buying Corsair and Asus, they don't deserve our money. There are threads full of complaints about these issues and there are no ackgnoledge from Corsair and no solution proposed.
  8. Hi Corsair Fer, you are in contact with Asus, and what said Asus? Is there an update on this issue please?
  9. I opened a ticket, someone answered the ticket... You can close this thread.
  10. @Corsair Notepad my specific issue hasn't been investigated, you don't even asked for an icue log. is it a known problem? if yes why don't you put in the FAQ? if not, how can you say that "it's an Asus problem" and clean your hands this way? I mean, there are five pages of users complaining about iCue crashing their systems, and other threads with dozens of users complaining about the same thing. What is the corsair answer in this regard? You can't answer it's an asus problem. Call asus and ask them how to solve or workaround the problem and inform us about the status of the problem or put an info on your products that they doesn't work along with asus products. All our problems are "solved" by simply closing icue, I don't think that corsair can be passive on a problem like this. Are you in contact with Asus? What is the status of the problem? Why there is nothing on your website that informs customers about this issues ? Damn I have Corsair products in every parts of my house, without icue I can't even control my headphones. All my rigs are 100% corsair, if you sell a product and I need it I buy a Corsair one but most of your products works with icue now. Funny thing, even my Corsair gaming chair is having problems... Guys, but do you sell finished products or not? Do you test them or not? Can you inform us about the status of the resolution of the icue problem? Can you put on your website an alert that iCue is causing problems with Asus products (or vice verse) please? It's not fair that users buys your products and than they are not able to use it because of your software doesn't play well with Asus.
  11. Hi all, I have a problem with my Corsair T3 Rush gaming chair. The chair it's brand new. I set the height of the chair, I sit on the chair, after an hour or so, the height of the chair is down to the minimum. Somoetimes, as soon as I sit on the chair I notice that the height goes down in that moment. The chair continue sinking and it's pretty annoying. I'm a "standard man" of 78Kg, I'm not that heavy. it this a known problem of the T3 Rush chairs? how can I solve this problem?
  12. is there some Corsair's rep that can answer us? it seems that the good old day of the excellent Customer Service are finished. Customer service was the only reason why I buy Corsair products, if this ends here, I'll end buying their products.
  13. same problem here on Windows 11 and Z690 Asus Extreme. can you tell us what the customer support told you?
  14. Corsair please stop accusing Asus or others to make things problematic and work on solving problems. We don't care if it's an asus problem, a msi one or a corsair one, we bought corsair products with RGB and we want to make it work using corsair software.
  15. Similar problem with 4x16GB Dominator DDR5 on an Asus Z690 Extreme motherboard using a 12900k CPU. From time to time the RGB on my dominator memory stops working, when this happen if I reboot the PC the pc hangs on boot during post with a detect memory error. This never happen if I not start iCue, or if I block iCue from controlling the RGB of my ram by enabling the SPD write protection in bios. Corsair don't want to help by saying that it's an Asus problem but how can this be an Asus problem while there are so many users with similar problems that are all related to iCue? As I said if I uninstall iCue, the problem vanish
  16. There are so many people with similar problem with iCue crashing their system. Months since no reply to a thread like that from Corsair. What's happening to the good old Corsair customer service?
  17. I bought another alder lake pc for my wife and I choosed to buy GSkill this time. Corsair and Asus is not giving a solution or support for the problem after six months of the product release. I tried my wife's GSkill kits and with GSkill there is no problem with RGB and SPD Write since I don't use icue to control that sticks. I lost a lot on money with Corsair memory trying all the various kits, I'm in doubt if selling my last 6200MHz Corsair kits to buy GSkill.
  18. Asus is collecting data from me but they still not have a solution. No one said me that they are working on it, no one said me that they where able to reproduce the problem. I am continuing to test but I'm pretty sure that SPD Write Protection to FALSE and Corsair iCue is the culprit of this problem. I have uninstalled iCue and never had the problem since then. With icue it happen "always", two times in a full day at least, without iCue it seems that it never happen, testing from three days now without icue and never happened. Reporting if it happen in the future without icue. This isn't a fix, it's a workaround but without icue I can't manage all my Corsair peripherals. @Corsair Fer Said that, are we sure that this is an Asus problem?
  19. Have you worked with Asus? Six months passed but newer bios have SPD write protection enabled. Isn't this something you where working on? Thanks
  20. I have tried 4 kind of different sticks on the same mobo, it isn't clearly a Corsair issue. I contacted Asus and they are refusing to assist me. They know that their motherboard have design flaws but they can't solve the issue. Guys, don't make the same error I made, don't buy Asus, good marketing bad products and customer service.
  21. @Corsair Fer and @Corsair Notepad can I have an answer please? I think that this is an interesting topic for the entire community.
  22. Can I have an answer please? Is it confirmed that Corsair does not guarantee its RAM to work at JEDEC specs when mixing kit with same specs? I have an Asus Z690 Extreme board. Should I consider my 4 sticks of CMT32GX5M2X6200C36 6200MHz C36 not able to run @4000MHz C40 ?
