  1. Fully agreed! Make a video with proper sound quality (besides, there are at least a few user videos in this thread). I have 5000D - new Corsair case (glassed) and I hear the pump so ...
  2. Most of all I do not understand the attitude of CORSAIR. It is a company with many years of experience that is trying to compete to become a premium. They release a product and get feedback from their users on that thread "WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH POMP NOISE". Users describe the problem clearly. A CORSAIR employee replies that he is sorry and asks to set up an RMA. Don't write as if it was a single fault that you easily take on an RMA. it is a FACTORY DEFECT OF DESIGN. FEATURE OF THIS PRODUCT. I ordered a second, same new H150i Capellix for testing. It was just the same. I can't believe you can fix it! Write something specific - technical! Communicate precisely with people through this forum. The question is: WILL YOU EXPEND AN UPDATE THAT WILL REDUCE THE PUMP SPEED TO 1000-1200 RPM? If not - why? Do not write back that you are sorry, just write details!
  3. I just make a new setup (11900K, Z590) and A LOT OF CORSAIR STUFF (5000X, 32GB Vengence Pro, K70MK.2+Nexus, RM1000W, Comander Pro, few QL120) and CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX 360 MM [CW9060048WW]. I`m TOTALLY disappointed with the noise level of this AIO. At first I thought it was squeaky coils on the motherboard, but then I realize that the pump is causing problems. I have read this entire thread and I am most disappointed the response of CORSAIR employees. 11 pages of a thread where people write the same conclusions 2300 rpm = BIG NOISE and nothing is done about it. Previously, I had 115i and the work culture was great. Unfortunately, I have to seriously consider whether such investment in equipment without support makes sense. I will change this H150i Cappelix to the NZXT KRAKEN Z73 for a test. If things go well in the future, I will switch to their products.
