  1. Let me chime in since I have the same issue as well. I had my commander Pro already replaced for a different issue but the disconnects continue. I've disabled the disconnect sound but can still see the RGB flicker when it happens. I've been holding out buying the NZXT hub w/ all the chatter that it'd be fixed via bios update but don't see that happening anytime soon. Specs...   2. I'm also having this issue. I'm running 9 LL fans, the top 3 & side 3 are connected to the CC & the bottom 3 are connected to the RGB hub. Some profiles just the bottom 3 work, some profiles just the top & side work. I'm having better luck w/ 3rd party profiles than I am w/ profiles from Corsair.
  3. I have an issue getting all my fans lit w/out the use of the 2 port LED Lighting Node Pro. I have the 360mm Capellix AIO w/ an additional 6 LL fans. The top 3 and side 3 fans are connected to the commander core and the bottom 3 fans are connected to the RGB hub. The commander core & RGB hub are connected to the commander pro but only 2 fans on the RGB hub light up. If I connect the lighting node pro into the mix all 3 will lit up. Every video I've seen shows people connecting 9 plus fans w/ out the need for the Lighting Node Pro but I'm unable to achieve this. I verified all fans do work so does all ports on the RGB hub. I'm attaching a pic of my wiring setup, is there something I'm doing wrong?
  4. My issue w/ my HS70's is the mic. When the mic is on it and set to default in win10 it doesn't pick up any audio even when testing on mic test sites. It sees the Corsair mic but registers no audio. Here's the weird thing, even when I power off the mic it remains on and is louder than it was when it actually worked correctly. I installed a new m.2 drive last week and did a clean win10 install so my drivers & icue software are the latest available. The only way I can get the mic to stop picking up sound is to remove the mic. Other than the mic the headset works fine. I use my other headset in combo w/ a modmic and that mic works just fine. Any suggestions to get my hs70 mic working again would be appreciated, Thanks.
  5. Has this been resolved? I got a pair of HS70's today and installed iCUE 3.4.95 and it doesn't pick up my headset either. Running W10Px64 and windows picked it up and they are working but not w/ the iCUE software. Update...Figured it out, I have to right click and run iCUE as administrator. After I ran as admin iCUE detected them and I was able to update the HS70 firmware.
