Hello, i am using HS80 wireless via cabel and wireless, and your headset keeps randomly switching between Sonic suround and Dolby , making half of my game crash or cut off sound completly. i reported it in past year but nothing changed, Does anyone work on it or you just simply release product and then leaveit be? this is purely software issue and your guys are not doing anything. It hapens randomly or when i manual select dolby in sounds And when i click on it few minutes later i can see for 0.1sec Dolby but then insta switch to sonic... I am not even alone with this problem but still nothing changes... will yo do something about it or should i just buy better brand? please for love of god...

same here, every time some sound is played there is static , wireless / usb mode , even after restart . it stays there Corsair do you have any fix for that, bcz this is software issue at best, This issue is present from first version of Corsair Void RGB USB headset. and they still didnt fixed it and ignore this issue. Corsair please Fix it. we love this brand but this makes us move away to other brands... Please.
