Dear Corsair, I've been having the same issue with my corsair virtuoso. However, this method does not seem to work for me, as the state of the usb suspend setting is already disabled. Pressing the mute button for 15 seconds seems to help for when the sound is present and the headset is not charging. However, when I am charging my headset, it still makes the sound. As someone who is sensitive to sounds I cannot play on my pc anymore when this sound is present. What can I do to fix this issue?
