  1. I'm very happy with my K100, but it's a Spanish version since there is no Portuguese version and I was wondering if there is any official place I could adquire keycaps or request them?

  3. Can confirm that haven't had issues for a long while now. Let's hope it's the end of it.
  4. Finally had a freeze since my last update which was about a month. Was watching a video file when the keyboard suddenly had the right arrow key stuck and lights off since iCUE was no longer detecting it. Again, no response to any input, had to physically reconnect the keyboard.
  5. Not sure if this warrants this post or not, but might as well give the heads up just in case. So my K100 hasn't frozen since my last post but by DARK CORE RGB PRO Wireless Mouse did. Could have been mere coincidence or for some other reason, who knows. But I was also forced to turn it off and reconnect it physically to the PC to get it to work again. This is the first time this has happened since getting it and I acquired it at the same time as the keyboard.
  6. Had another after well over 2 weeks if not more. Again after touching the Mute button or the Volume Wheel. This time iCUE crashed as well, not sure if because of the keyboard freezing or the other way around.
  7. Indeed, had only another one, both after touching the the Volume Wheel and just a couple of hours apart. Nothing else since.
  8. Finally had a freeze since the latest update to the firmware and updated iCUE. However, I had to physically unplug the keyboard again, when before it would reconnect after a few seconds.
  9. Just replying to add that despite upgrading to iCUE 5, the issues still persist. It happens once or twice a day. Same issues. Lights go off, inputs are unresponsive. After 5 seconds or so it goes back to normal.
  10. So I finally experienced an issue after the new update. Randomly as I was gaming, the lights of the keyboard turned off and Windows played the sound as if new hardware had been detected as the keyboard lights turned back on. This all took about a second maybe less. The issue definitely isn't fixed but it's much better than having to physically reconnect the keyboard.
  11. Well, that's better. Definitely not fixed but a marked improvement. Haven't experienced anything yet but I also haven't used it for too long after updating.
  12. There is now a new firmware update v. 1.13.53. I've updated and hopefully it's main thing is to fix this issue.
  13. This seems to have worked for me, ever since applying this workaround, well over a couple of weeks now, my K100 only failed once.
  14. Part Number from the back of the keyboard: CH-912A01A-ES What version of iCUE do you have installed: v. 4.32.129 Windows 10 or 11? And current update version?: Windows 10 22H2 Polling Rate?: 1000 hz/1 ms Is the keyboard plugged directly to the motherboard?: Yes Does the freezing occur even with iCUE completely closed and exited out of?: Pretty much.
  15. Same issue, glad to see that it's simply not a defective unit but just software acting up. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
