Ok icue is now going crazy thanks to the firmware update that just came out for the commander core XT. Since that update to the firmware murals is freezing, its defaulting the DPI setup on my mouse and the temp sensor to my icue reservoir no longer reads. Also saw icue memory usage hit over 1600MB a few times.

As of the latest update it now changes settings at random IE my presets now sometimes add a second lighting link layer I didnt add, my LC100 are both dead now in icue and exhibit strange behavior like skipping some tiles and lighting only the first and fifth etc. I had to remove my LC100s. Not sure if its the software or both sets decided to die/ short in unison but I submitted a help ticket and connecting and re connecting doesn't work and moving them to another working node or USB port doesn't fix them. Everytime icue updates get worse and causes issues I remove icue components and switch to something else. My whole system was corsair in 2022 now its almost all something else all thats left is the radiators and, mouse, keyboard and Nexus, LC100 and towers. I already removed the 11 icue fans and the pump and CPU and GPU blocks for something else easier to use. But now with the LC100s not working......

And now the second set no longer functions and still no reply from corsair.

This just happened to me today. Nothing seems to work. Good luck getting help, corsair had been very rude to customers lately and I have had a ticket open on the Nexus for a week now with no reply. Bout to submit one on the LC100 and expect the same.

Has this even been fixed. Mine freezes and the only recourse is unplugging and replugging it in to get it to start reading temps again.

All the boot hang-ups etc are gone just the Nexus the same as prior to all this freezes randomly, mostly in games but also just idle. The temp monitors I have set stop tracking and moving and you have to unplug and replug it every time. This happens almost every 30 minutes and almost 100% when playing a game or bench mark etc.

Also even though everything seems to run fine now as has always been the case with my current and previous build icue sometimes hangs on boot even though the start on windows option is on and you have to close it in task manager and reopen it for the lighting effects etc to kick in, and the icue Nexus will often hang-up and freeze but I have seen that is very common with it since it came out and unplugging and replunging it works but is very annoying..

Unfortunately the issue did not go away even following your sites guide for a clean uninstall. Once icue started acting up it pretty much made the system unbootable and I had to end up wiping the entire C drive and installing windows and every single file from scratch as with the fans acting up the system could have killed itself. I reinstalled the version of icue you provided just a bit ago and so far everything appears fine. I'm a neat freak so luckily I keep a file of everything done to my builds. Mow running veersion 4.29 the fans just kick up to 100 percent for no reason at all and stay there despite the icue settings and cool temps. It also says it has a profile conflict though I followed the directions https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE- on how to do a clean icue install. Oh and now some of my leds turned off. Guess its remove all icue connections and do everything to the board directly other wise I have no fan control to cool my rads. Not cool Corsair, your cutomer support already gave me grief when they took a month to replace faulty ram and now this again.

Anyone have the previous Murals beta before 4.32.129 I am really trying to get this murals beta to work for me and finally got my issues with the old profiles/scenes and it setting a default watercolor layer automaticly to the old scenes messing them up sorted out. That was the issue to why it was meessing up scenes like rain etc. Now that I let it update again I have the issues above. Latest update 4.32.129 is causing system stability issues. It is crashing my system now. Icue suddenly disables itself then sets everything back to the hardware lighting settings and the mouses dpi also resets. When this happens everything hangs up and I am forced to hit the rest button on the PC as you cant click on anything and taskmanager displays a blank screen when brought up by keyboard commands. I looked it up and some users had this issue back in 2021 with one of the icue updates too. I uninstalled icue and now no issues, only occurs when Icue is installed and its random when it starts. This did not occur with earlier icues versions with my system and even the earlier beta. Uninstall and reinstall does not fix it, I will revert to an earlier version and see if it persist. I also ran sfc/ scannow, check disk, defragmented and verified the intergretity of my windows and other programs so I have isolated this to purely icue as nothign is corrupt or broken. I9-13900k, Asus Maximus Z790 Extreme, Corsair DDR5 7600mhz kit, Strix 4090, Windows 11, all drivers, bios etc are up to date.

iCUE 4.31.168 Released and i accidently uodated, oh well lets see if it fixed the issues. ...and still no fixing the issues with Lighting link. Rain still has a rainbow background instead of black out and then the flashes like rain drops and color pulse turns rainbow pattern between colors even with murals off. Still broken and once again I am switching back to pre murals icue. Already ordered new RGB fans to replace all 11 of my icue ones with 4x the CFM rating. All thats left is to dump icue and switch everything to another RGB system if it wasn't for liking the nexus on my keyboard but I think I can live without it and corsair at this point. Gonna give it one last try in about a month but if its still this broken mess then the icue controllers and cables come out and I am dumping every single Corsair product its too much of a pain and too buggy since the murals integration and constantly having to refuse updates to keep the good icue build. If i keep anything icue it will just be the temp probes and Nexus but I can set my Asus MB and Monitor to do the same thing on their built in LCD screens So I may just get rid of it all in the end to save headaches. I really like icue and was pushing friends to add it to their builds over Aura sync etc but now I may recommend they stir clear or at least take my icue stuff I'm dumping so they can see how jacked it is now without wasting their money.

Spending a lot for icue to not work right. Would be cheaper and uses less space to dump the hubs, nodes and adaptors and switch out to better non icue fans and just turn it all over to aura sync since it all natively supports it already. Edit to above is the build has two Lighting Node Pros not 1 and two LC100 sets. Icue Nexus on keyboard The second PC I built my brother also has icue but I may remove all that before I give it to him for xmas since its so messed up right now and I want him to have a simple easy experience as he isnt as PC literate as me.

Ok after reverting to the older icue I figured out when switching to the Rain "scene selection it works as designed and I mentioned above but if you do it by lighting link it acts up like it did with the murals. So unless you add back the scenes menu the effects will not work right at least for me as lighting link will not display the effect properly. Setting a few of the older scenes up the way you suggest in lighting link works no where close to how it did like the old scenes menu for rain and color pulse etc. If it helps this is my setup. Reinstalled murals to give it a try after installing two LC100 sets. Well now murals has another issue. When I go to the profiles I created to get each of the individual scenes back via lighting link rain and color pulse no longer function correctly. Color pulse between color changes flashes a mural watercolor scene and rain is constantly stuck with a default mural pattern that the rain pattern flashes over. What rain used to do is your icue items where blacked out and flashs like rain drops randomly appeared on them. Now it has a constant watercolor pattern lit up on it instead of being dark and you barely see any rain pattern overlayed. Uninstalling again.

Except when the option disappears 😕

I think you may have overlooked where I stated that the option for Lighting link did not exist, it did not appear at all where it was supposed too. There seems to be a glitch removing that option at times. I had to reinstall it before the option reappeared to do what your suggesting. Others are having various glitches too including it disabling some hardware. And like another user said the rainbow mural is just all white.

UPDATE: After a restart and deleting and reinstalling the wrong version on accident (the beta that's really an alpha version with Murals) lighting link now shows back up on the motherboard settings but no other item displays the option. It can be enabled again but only after going back to the main dash and making sure to click on murals again to turn them off, then setting the lighting link such a pain!

This doesn't work since you added murals. The option was there at first immediately after I updated but now its disappeared. The option for Lighting Link option does not exist when I go to any icue item now. Uninstalling and going back to your less buggy previous version of icue 4.29

Would be easier to just add murals as an option to scenes than making us jump through loops to get back the good lighting effects. Much easier to delete icue and reinstall the older version and dump murals, I am sure I'd like murals for movies etc but while just browsing or doing general PC work or using it with my nanoleaf panels and secret lab RGB strips it was much better to have scenes.
