Hello. As the title mentions, iCUE is not recognizing my keyboard and therefore cannot be configured. Spent close to $300 on this thing. It's awesome - feels perfect, but I'm missing a huge part of what makes it awesome. iCUE is picking up everything else - headphone stand, M65 mouse, and it's even picking up my ASUS gfx card. I tried all of the basic troubleshooting. I even went into my hardware settings and deleted all of the keyboard profiles and restarted. iCUE recognizes the dongle, just not the keyboard. It seems to have something to do with the dongle and the keyboard not being paired properly, but the dongle does work for the keyboard. This is a huge bummer! Any help would be appreciated!
