  1. Hello, I have been going back and forth with Corsair Support through an email thread and now they are wanting me to send in my Commander which I do not believe has anything to do with the 8 LED strips on the outside of the case. Can you please confirm this as it is taking an extremely long time for them to reply to my messages. My ticket number is 2005568879. Thank you.
  2. My 5000T door with the glass panel once opened completely hangs down and I have to pull it up with decent force to align it when shutting. I do not see a screw or anything in the bottom hinge to adjust and the other door is fine but it also doesn't have near the weight as the glass side obviously. I know this is a minor issue, but with the amount of money spent on it and now the door is messed up along with the RGB strips on the outside not working, I am fed up with it. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.
  3. Hello, I was wondering if you figured out a solution to this problem. My 5000T rgb strips are all of the sudden not working at all. I have checked all of the connections and everything is good and they are detected in iCue (basically the same issue you were having). TIA.
  4. Corsair 5000T LED strips are not working all of the sudden but are detected on iCue. I have not had this issue until today. I pull up iCue and it shows the LED should be working. I checked the wiring and everything looks good on the commander pro and I have updated and restarted the system multiple times. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
  5. Corsair 5000T Corsair RM1000x Corsair H150i Elite LCD ASUS ROG Strix Z690-E Commander/cooler is recognized in icue, I have power cycled multiple times, updated iCue, all corsair fans are recognized and working fine, cooler is working fine. no errors just do not have the option to change the screen settings.
  6. I am having the exact same issue. I just installed this tonight and am having 0 luck fixing it. I cannot believe this is having an issue right out of the box (especially an old issue that should have been fixed a longtime ago). I have done multiple suggestions I read from threads except for buying a separate USB 2.0 adapter. Absolutely ridiculous if I have to buy anything else to get this premium component to work on all brand new equipment for the most part. It would be great if Corsair would chime in with a real fix.
