I recently just picked these up and have them tuned in icue, but noticed a 1-2 second delay when starting a youtube video or playing a game... Does not happen when 3.5mm wired (but can't eq that connection 😞 ) Only seems to happen when usb wired or on wireless.

assuming they're like the other products you should be able to twist to the right.

Take a hint from wicked cushions, they're sooooooooooo comfy and the cooling gel is nice.

sounds like a device issue, but try reinstalling the firmware if you can. I kinda know what the issue is and know how to fix it but it voids the warranty, so if you're <1yr from purchase just rma it.

Have you turned off voice prompts in device settings?
