Hi, I have been having an issue saving my profiles to my mouse. I can make the profile on ICUE 4, and it works with slipstream and wired, but as soon as I switch to wireless, it reverts to its original profiles. I have overwritten several times the base profiles, and the mouse continues to keep the base profiles even when changed. I have tried wiping all the profiles from the mouse and importing only the ones I want. I have tried restarting my computer. Should I look to delete and redownload ICUE, or am I missing something?
