  1. Resolved this issue by reverting back to older version! Now my profiles work with no problems. I won't be updating to the newer version until this gets resolved I guess. Hopefully this helps someone.
  2. Starting yesterday after I updated to new Corsair ICUE, I noticed clicking on any of my custom profiles would instantly shut down ICUE. After following their guide to do a complete refresh\reinstall of their software, I decided not to import any custom profiles but use Corasir's built in ones. Even if I click on their built in Profiles, it still shuts down ICUE. Event Viewer shows this: Faulting application name: iCUE.exe, version: 4.24.193.0, time stamp: 0x627bd766 Faulting module name: AudioDeviceConfigLib.dll, version: 2.3.36.0, time stamp: 0x6243fb21 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x000000000000ab3c Faulting process id: 0x2ed4 Faulting application start time: 0x01d88ee4ad506699 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE 4 Software\iCUE.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE 4 Software\AudioDeviceConfigLib.dll Report Id: 1ca69076-80a5-4f34-8499-769f48313959 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:

Receiving the same Error message out of nowhere...Nothing has changed on my machine except for updating to the latest software. Now, every time I click on any built in Hardware profile, it crashes. I've followed your guide on doing a fresh install as well. Nothing seems to fix this. Please help.
