Hi, Hope this thread will not be deleted without any kind of response. He's stuck, Corsair don't give me any response to help me. I've posted on the main thread but nothing. My headset is stuck, frozen and I can't reboot or turned it off. What can I do ? What Corsair can do ?

Well, 2-3 month of use and first time my headset freeze, don't know when It'll be fully unloaded. Already updated with the last firmware I'm glade to see that there's no solution since 2 years for this problem. I try to return it right now. It's a shame for a big priced headset ...
