LT100 Towers Not Being Detected by MacOS iCue

I’m having the same issue. Did you manage to find a solution in the end? My towers light up and can be seen in my computer’s system USB decide list, but the actual iCUE software doesn’t show the Towers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
