  1. I am talking about the LCD PUMP GP PLUS Firmware.
  2. Hey yall, is the new firmware v. 2.0.0.3 safe? Please let me know if you updated to that version and PLEASE tell me if it works or not LOL
  3. No one knows for 100%, but with experience in IT it’s easier to understand it! Good luck with troubleshooting mate.
  4. Are you kidding? 😂😂of course I rebooted. I have done everything that is possible to fix the issue. Hell, I even tried to fix it in cmd with the bootloader. But as I said earlier, it was a defective one. It was brand new and it didn’t work properly. Now I received my new one, I installed it, did the Firmware update and it works smoothly with RGB and everything!
  5. Heey @SpeedyV,for now I don’t plan to update. I just did it yesterday, so it has the latest firmware now. Thank God iCue now detects the cooler. I guess it was bad luck with the other one, that was defective. What’s interesting, is the fact that 9/10 people that experience problems have a Z690 motherboard… including myself LOL After hours of research I came to the conclusion that the Asus motherboard doesn’t communicate when using the splitter. So, if you have Z690, never use the splitter. Use the two cables directly to the motherboard. If that doesn’t work, try reseating the LCD screen. If that doesn’t work either, then contact support or send it back! There is no need hoping for a miracle. I spent way too much hours on this troubleshooting…. You may think it is 100% a software issue (like I did and I work in IT) and in the end it is a hardware issue, defective product. Just send it back guys. Don’t waste your time.
  6. Guys, I managed to fix it! this helped me to get EVERYTHING working: -Remove Elite LCD from pins -Blow on pins (for dust) -Reseat Elite LCD on pins and push it, to be sure is makes good contact -Remove splitter cable -Connect two cables from RGB + Fans and also the LCD cable directly to the motherboard This did the trick for me. I must say when I put the case cover on, the display wasn’t working, only RGB and fans but after turning the pc off and reseating the LCD screen (being sure it makes good contact) it worked like a charm. It is really beautiful and worth waiting for. Sometimes cables or the screen doesn’t make good contact… make sure to check that and if needed do it again and screw your screen tighter. I hope this helps. Good luck guys!
  7. Guys, I just received my replacement from the local pc store, this one works! The RGB + the fans work like a charm. The only thing that has me worrying is that the LCD screen shows no display….. what could possibly be wrong? I connected all the cables. In this case I used the splitter from Corsair.
  8. I have the same issue and I also have Windows 11 Pro! Maybe it is not compatible with that version of Windows... What motherboard do you have? I have the Asus ROG STRIX Z690- F Gaming Wifi
  9. I have sent the cooler back to the store I bought it from! It's been two weeks now... I might get a replacement. Let's hope it will work this time.
  10. I didn't skip one, I am just wondering if Fan 1 is in 2 and so on, if that matters with RGB and PWM. The correct cabels are on the correct side.
  11. Does it matter which RGB Cable is where and also which PWM cable is where on the commander core? Or doesn’t that matter?
  12. That is exactly what I am thinking too! I just bought this cooler, I just build my new pc and I am so frustrated with this... I didn't even enjoy gaming. It's a lot of stress tbh. If this doesn't get fixed within 4 weeks, then it's a big bye bye Corsair. It's sad, but it's the truth. I would rather stay, but the software is BAD.
  13. I am almost 100% sure it's a bug of the iCue Software, you know why? Because after force reboot of the LCD screen firmware in iCue, it shows the correct temperature for like 1 second and then boom, it's gone... back to the red triangle of death. There should be a new firmware update where it is compatible for most motherboards, where the USB ports detect the devices and most important for me LOL, is that the RGB should work. Because right now it's blinking red. SO annoying... Oh, maybe interesting for Corsair support @Corsair Nick I saw that some people managed to fix the issue with a .hex file of the specific water cooler. They dragged the hex file to the Bootloader in the Corsair map, where it is installed, (Usually C drive\iCue3 or Icue4) and then the CMD opens the hex file in the Bootloader. This is like a force update and it worked for some people! Unfortunately I do not have the hex file, if Corsair support could send it, that would be great. Or at least an update with the correct working software, that would be awesome! Cheers
  14. You know, at this point I think that the iCue software might not be compatible with new motherboards + Windows 11 combination… they need to sort it out. It’s a disaster when they release products that don’t even work or work half… Do you think as well that it is a software related issue? I am almost certain, because I checked 100 times my cables and I used with and without splitter. That didn’t help either.
