  1. Corsair did replace my headset though as everything they told me to do did not work. I am again having issues after the latest update though. Making me want to rethink my choices of being a corsair household!
  2. Yeah, like I said, that didn't work. Nothing posted on corsairs help section worked. I can't pair/repair it because it doesn't show up as an available device. I've unpaired the mouse from the dongle. I have uninstalled the mouse entirely and reverted back to my previous mouse. Nothing works, it still doesn't find the headset. Looking at these forums, this seems to be a very common issue, yet there is no fix listed. I got an answer to my ticket which set out steps to completely uninstall the iCue software and re-install. I followed every step. It still is exactly the same. The headset will not be found. I don't know what else I can say to make it clear that I have tried everything suggested online, these forums and by corsair ticket reply man. It is really frustrating I just want to be able to use my (not cheap) headset as intended. I'd be happy for now even using it wired but again, it will not work. I followed all of the advice for this (again, a apparently a very common issue) nothing works.
  3. I got a new wireless harpoon mouse today and during install, it updated all the drivers for my other devices (K68 keyboard, Virtuoso RGB wireless headset). Since iCUE force update itself and all the drivers, my headset no longer shows. It won't work in USB/wired mode. The dongle shows but the only thing it will connect to is the mouse. The mouse came with it's own dongle which it is connected to. I have spent 3 hours scouring the forums and several help sites and nothing suggested has worked. This has rendered my headset useless since I cannot use it in any form. I can't pair it with the dongle, it doesn't show. Plug it in wired, it shows in devices but does not give sound or use the mic. I found a corsair help saying that the wired issue was something to do with the way that Windows uses the drivers now so I also followed that advice which did nothing. So far I have: Tried wired and wireless, uninstalled and re-installed the headset and drivers, updated all drivers, uninstalled iCUE and installed the older version, uninstalled the mouse and reverted back to my previous wired mouse, all firmware on my devices has been updated (forced update by iCUE) it was since the firmware update for the headset that this problem started. Please, someone help! I feel like I am banging my head against a wall. Absolutely nothing is resolving this issue. I have submitted a ticket but lord knows how long that will take. Hoping someone here can give me some pointers
