it started with my left shift key not working. now my ESC key and left ctrl key are not working. i have only had this keyboard for about 4 months. i tried resetting back to factory but since my ESC key is not working, it doesn't work. i also tried updating my icue which hasn't helped either. i have from the start had a problem with the keyboard not showing up on icue, although it did alert me when there was an update for the keyboard. Anything you can do to help will be appreciated!

i am having the same problem with the left shift key. i have had this keyboard for less than 4 months. i also tried doing a factory reset, and updated my iCUE 4. Any help would be appreciated.
