I have the same issue with my NightSword that I just bought, I am trying to swap the dpi buttons on the side to the profile buttons on top the software doesnt register the buttons at all. I have already reverted back to using my old Razor and gave this mouse to my son. I will never buy corsair products again, the whole point of buying the mouse was for the extra buttons. Razor software makes this easy
