Has this not been fixed at all with updates yet? As I still have the same problem. Worked for a day then red triangle. Tried every troubleshooting method I have seen online

Hello guys The other day i purchased a LCD upgrade in the UK and the first day it worked fine. Today i have turned my pc on and there is a red triangle and it isnt being detected by icue. I have been troubleshooting alll morning. I have tried reinstalling windows, reinstalling icue aswell as deleting reg files, reseated the screen. I even tried putting my old faceplate back on but that didnt even get detected either. I am also worried the pump isnt working as i keep getting spikes of temps on the cpu betweek 40-60. Has anyone managed to solve this problem at all.
