I have the same Question/Problem, it would be very disappointing to have such a nice Keyboard Without the ability to save our own lightning profiles in the wireless mode. would be a deal breaker for me

Hello everyone I have a problem with my Virtuoso XT (got it 2 days ago) suddenly the mic is not working if I power the Headset on I get the connection sound, but the mic doesn't light up its like it never went on. I have to mute/unmute my self to see the green/red light but still it doesn't work the mic doesn't record my voice. the only way the mic works is to connect it with the 3.5 mm then it will record my voice. I tried everything that I found on the troubleshooting.-site/Reddit/and this forum nothing helpedemoved everything, every driver, everything from corsair and the Virtuoso did a force Firmware-update connected it to the USB restarted pc etc. nothing helped i have no idea what is wrong Wireless/USB/Bluetooth the mic dosen't reco3d my voice no matter what mode

Forgot to mention it the mic dose not work in Wirless/Wired/Bluetooth only way is the 3.5 mm
