I have the exact same issue with mine, albeit on both pads. I opened a ticket to see if it's covered under warranty. Not sure if they'll put this under "normal wear and tear" though. We will see

This is more of a question of what my options are in getting my headset replaced. I purchased an HS80 RGB on November 30th 2022. The ear cups have been falling apart since June. The black fabric has come unglued and the blue foam is barely still attached. Now, herein lies my potential issue. I work for a large corporation. We are given "points" as recognition and we can use them to purchase a plethora of items from various resellers across the globe. I used my points to purchase this headset. I have the transaction screenshot, however there's no literal bill of sale as it was a different kind of transaction. Do I still have warranty? Do headsets have a 1 year warranty? 3 year? Am I hooped? Photos can be provided upon request. Thanks in advance !

I wanted to hold out until a new update dropped, but I am at my wits end. Every single day, without missing a beat, iCue crashes over 100 times. I have to open it over and over and over and over ... until it FINALLY gets it together and stays running. There's 0 notifications, 0 warnings, 0 information. It just ... stops. I have updated everything (to my detriment, it made it worse) to the latest update, I have removed iCue and reinstalled, I have purged all registry files, I have followed every guide ... and nothing works. If I didn't NEED iCue (wildly unstable on a good day) I would purge from my system, use SignalRGB and be done with this. However I have a Scimitar Pro I use for WoW WoTLK and need the buttons to work. This has been a long standing issue for people (iCue) but I was relatively unscathed. This last patch, however, officially made me one of the club. What is going on? Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a way to just get rid of this stuff and configure my system (almost 100% Corsair ... so that really sucks) without iCue? H150i Elite LCD - LCD will not sl display on lin iCue after a format. Have tried to update everything, but the screen will not pop up. PSU off, boot, get the typical Corsair loading screen, a flicker to the stored .gif and then a red triangle. Did this a few times, and eventually the .gif stayed. Now, it's unable to be changed in iCue as it doesn't even show. Since Corsair has NEVER sent this to Canada, I was forced to spend 60$ more to order from an American vendor. I have a sneaking suspicion in not going to like the answer I'm greeted with regarding warranty and support, so fingers crossed. Anyone have an idea what's up?

Well, since Corsair won't comment on this, I will do it myself. If you have this issue, I was finally able to repair the problem by resetting the keyboard. You do so by unplugging it, holding ESC, and plugging it back in. It will then go through its nonsense with finding what the heck it is and installing the driver/firmware. I then closed iCue, reopened it, unplugged and plugged the keyboard back in and it was fine. Update 3.24 was installed (didn't ask me to download it again) and my themes work again. Thanks for the assist Corsair. Let me buy a darn LCD Upgrade kit (in Canada). It's been months and now you're making me do my own troubleshooting 😛

So this update popped up out of the blue, and will not let me do a single thing with my keyboard until I update it. I do as it asks and I get to 3%, and then Firmware update failed, every time. I've run iCue as Admin, same issue. Any ideas? Once it fails, I lose it from my iCue list.

I've been waiting for the LCD upgrade kit to come into stock since it launched. According to my migraine, it's never been stocked. There are ZERO retailers that offer it, zero pre-orders and zero answers as to when or how I can acquire one. At this point, I have offered to buy from the US, pay the exchange and shipping. Corsair doesn't offer that option though. Why?! It feels incredibly anti-consumer. Anyone (ideally from Corsair) have an answer to HOW I would get my hands on one? Thanks in advance

This took all night (maybe 4-5 hours or so) of tinkering, but I managed to get my Founder's Edition 3080 Ti in a good spot. I was trying to get the legendary achievement in 3D Mark and noticed I was closest in Wild Life. Pushed things to the limit, without touching voltages, and came up with not only legendary, but the #1 spot. Air cooled, in an O11 clone case, I just can't believe it. I have an H150i Elite in a MetallicGear Neo Qube (O11 rip off). In there, I have 9 fans. Commander Core XT from the AIO needs to be used. That holds 6 power and RGB. I have 3 of the power ports split, totaling 9 power plugs, 6 fans in the Core, and an RGB hub controlling the 3 remaining fans. It's a wiring mess but ... that's what you have to do if you wish to control your RGB separately. As per PWM, that's where it gets tricky. If you want to control each fan 1 by 1, you NEED to give them their own dedicated port. Meaning you'll need to use a 2nd commander instead. Confirmed. New update has added the 3080 Ti to iCue. LED's fully controlled. Cooling is stuck on balanced with no control over the fan curve though.

They are connected with a Commander Core XT, yes. The one that was sent with my H150i Elite AIO. Everything has worked properly from the initial install, but only recently I've been waking up to this. I am going to head into BestBuy to have my receipt reprinted. I imagine I'll have to RMA a single fan lol.

If left to grind away, it will slow to what seems like 400RPM or so. If I place light pressure onto the hub, the sound goes away and the fan spins up to full speed. Once I let go, the grinding comes back and it'll slow back down to the 400 ish RPM. Oddly enough, if I reboot enough times, it'll eventually spin properly, quietly and at the proper speed. This leads me to belive that whatever magnetic system is present, is failing. It is just a couple months old, but I'd have to find the receipt to get the exact date.

If you disable the Game Integrations, does your RGB still disable?

The ST100 is absolutely on my list as I have the Void Elite headset. I am waiting(impatiently) for the AIO LCD to come in stock in Canada. They're always available to the US, but never here. Once I have that, I'm also going to order the 12 pin cable for my PSU as these FE adapters are just gross lol. Finally, thinking the MM700 but I see mixed reviews about it not being that bright. Still deciding ☺️

Many people are making themes and profiles for iCue. It's such an easy program to work with. You can then modify your colours to match whatever you want 🙂 I have a Maliwan theme for Borderlands 3 too!

I am READY ! iCue is a great piece of software. 100% flawless for me, and even recently supported my 3080 Ti. Now all I need is some more RGB ... obviously

3080 Ti FE is still not recognized in iCue as anything more than a "ASUS GPU : VGA 1". Cannot change icon, cannot change name, cannot edit RGB lighting or fan curve. Any plans to add this? Also I have a MetallicGear Neo Qube with the LED strip on the front that's seen and controlled by Armoury Crate. iCue does not allow me to change that. Any way to do that?

I bought my H150i Elite Capellix with the intention to then get the LCD upgrade. I have been waiting MONTHS for it to come back in stock here in Canada. It has never been stock refreshed as far as I can tell. Here we are nearly 6 months into the launch and all I've ever seen are US stock refreshes. I refuse to spend ANOTHER 400$ on a new AIO to "maybe" sell mine for what I paid for it. Is there any intention to actually supply these to Canada? Or are we to assume we're considered the 3rd world and go buy a V1 Tech plate instead? It amazes me that it's never been in stock. Surely these are not hard to make. Aside from a Mouse Mat and PWM fans (Monitor is WAY too rich for my blood), it's the only part I have left to get to finish my build. Come on ... lemme give you money Corsair. Open MSI afterburner. While it's running, open RTSS. Then hold shift and clock ADD at the bottom. Select iCue and all other apps you wish to EXCLUDE from having this run. You will need to get entirely quit iCue and relaunch it to verify it's hidden.
