  1. Thank you for your comments and suggestion. It's the button placement that I'm really after. I haven't found a mouse yet that matches the ease at which that mouse operates utilizing macro keys. It's unmatched. I hope that the Corsair team considers something similar for the future.
  2. Are there any tech support employees from Corsair that monitor this forum and can assist with this issue?
  3. Well, since I'm not the only one having this issue, perhaps someone at Corsair can let us know you're looking into the issue. It would be nice to get some kind of official feedback on this or post contact information on someone, anyone who can help.
  4. Bump for tech support? Are there any Corsair reps on this forum?
  5. I think I just had the same issue playing Borderlands 3. iCue just shut off while playing and I had to hard-reboot the machine. There are some major issues with iCue, I'd like to know if they're working on these issues or not.
  6. Thank you for the reply. I've tried those things and none of those have helped. I'm not sure what the factory did on install that got it all to work but it sure would be nice to know.
  7. Has Corsair ever considered developing a mouse similar to the Logitech G300s Optical Ambidextrous Gaming Mouse? I've used Logitech for decades but their quality is not great and I've been switching over to Corsair products since I ordered the CORSAIR ONE i300. My issue is, I've ordered and used several of the G300s over the years, it's just an amazing mouse. It's light, smaller, fits great, and best of all, the macro buttons are on top of the mouse. I've found that MMO mouses with buttons on the side are very difficult to use but it's very easy with the G300. I really don't need more than four macro buttons. Anyway, I hope Corsair considers developing a product similar to the G300 in the future, it's a fantastic design.
  8. Also, yes, I have startup checked in both iCue and Windows, still doesn't start.
  9. I know this is an ongoing issue with not only Windows 11 but 10 as well. I've searched for hours and tried different things but I can't find a fix for this problem. I've called support and have opened a ticket but they don't have an answer either. So, when I first received my computer yesterday, iCue started up with system bootup just fine. I installed the latest drivers for iCue, my graphics card, and Windows, and now it's not working on system bootup. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? Is tech support working on a fix? I'd like to know that at least Corsair is working on this issue but I'm skeptical. Please respond. Thank you!
