Power LED polarity in 4000X case

Asus ROG Maximus XIII Hero -
The 4000X case has 2 power LED cables (+ and -), but my ASUS motherboard has no polarity for its power LED header. Does it matter what the orientation is?

Does the Commander Core that comes with Elite Capellix AIO replace the Lighting Node that is in the 4000x RGB case or are they both used?
