The process for lighting link seems odd, not sure why old methods weren't just included with murals(new rainbow was atrocious, apparently now it's just broken), the program likes to crash a lot more often now, and now my headset won't stay connected to the computer unless I switch to USB mode and plugged in. All started with the new update.

Whelp nevermind. Uninstalling my audio driver randomly fixed it. It's now getting audio again.

Had to unplug my computer yesterday to solve some issues. Now my pc won't recognize my virtuoso as an audio device, it see's the receiver down there, but no audio comes from it. Icue still sees it, I can still change settings on it with it being wireless, disable devices are set to show in audio settings. I can get audio to work when in wired mode. But the headset option goes away from windows when I put it back to wireless.
