I've owned the mouse for around a year now and have had no issues until recent. Out of nowhere both side buttons have stopped responding entirely. Troubleshooting steps I've taken are: Reinstalling the firmware, and downgrading to an older one Reinstalling/Downgrading iCue Even reinstalled windows Hopefully theres a simple fix for this, as I'm pretty damn sure the buttons shouldn't die within a year
