It's a ryzen 9 5900x, and the coolant temp is about 32°

This is my first time ever using an air cooler and am fairly new to pc building. But I'm curious what the ideal Temps for the cpu are with this cooler. At idle I get usually around 40-45° and when I'm gaming it sits around 70° roughly. Is that high or is it normal?
