Have you opened a ticket with the support? They have been more than helpful with me and have provided me with the option to get a replacement. There have probably been millions of these items sold and the probably low percentage that have issues with their units are being dealt with via an RMA so id open up a ticket so they can take a look.
I'm sorry but i don't understand how the capellix can be connected directly to the motherboard as suggested by @Corsair Nick as my capellix pump head from my H100i AIO has a proprietary connection to the commander core and not usb 2 or 3?
Have tried this it didn't work for me. I have now replaced the LCD screen with the original capillix pump head and that isn't working either. I have completely wiped my pc and started from scratch from windows 10, icue 3 all the way up to the latest windows 11 and icue 4. I am certain it is a firmware issue with the commander core as the original pump head ONLY plugs into the commander core and doesn't need any other usb power. It is seated correctly and is still only showing the commander core in iCue and will not show my H100i cappilix no matter what I've tried. Hopefully we get a firmware upgrade to flash and fix.
Im currently in the process of starting a complete new wipe of the system with my old pump head and see if i can get that back working and maybe try the install again. Will be asking for a replacement too unless someone gets back to us with the reason its doing it. If its something they're working on in firmware i may wait a few more days and see what happens.
Still having this issue. Been 3 days and I have tried EVERY possible fix that i have read either on this forum or over on reddit. Mine was working perfect for 10 days until i decided to take the side glass panel off my 4000X. As soon as i clipped the glass panel back on the red exclamation point came up immediately. I have gone through every step, I have even reinstalled windows. I am wondering though if it could be a connection issue with the LCD unit. I am using the 2 point tension socket that comes with AM4 Ryzen motherboards. Could this be too tall so the pin connection between the pump and LCD screen aren't seated enough? I would buy the new AM4 elite retention kit but i cant find it in stock at any UK suppliers. Would be interesting to see what system others with problems are having?
System specs - Aorus B550 Elite V2
How long after installation did the issue occur - 10 days
Test the different connection methods
Piggyback to Commander CORE - unsure what this means
Through splitter cable to Motherboard - tried
Direct to motherboard
Test all USB 2.0 ports available - 2 tried
3rd Party USB Hub - not available
Perform Force Firmware Update - tried
HAVE TRIED A FULL REINSTALL OF WINDOWS 11, FIRST USING THE ORIGINAL PUMP HEAD BUT THIS NO LONGER SHOWS UP IN ICUE 3 OR 4. NO LONGER SHOWING RGB. TRIED FORCE UPDATE OF COMMANDER CORE WITH AND WITHOUT THE NEW LCD UPGRADE BUT NO USE. UPDATED AND UNINSTALLED ICUE3&4 AT LEAST 5 TIMES.
I have this issue too. Been working fine for 10 days, yesterday i powered up and greeted with a red ! logo. Tried every possible fix listed in the other forum but no good. Will try and start an RMA if i can find out how to open a ticket.
