  1. Is there still no update when this issue will be fixed for good? Changing keyboards over and over again isn't good for the environment. You won't fix it by replacing keyboards - only if you manufacture a complete new revision with a new firmware if you can't manage to fix the current firmware. Or are you too busy to create cringy videos i've seen poping up on Tiktok lately
  2. Looking at the history of this ... they (Corsair) are getting away with this. People are still buying this keyboard and the effort they're putting into fixing this issue is very very little. So i've come to peace with it - it's not going to change. There won't be a fix of any other action from Corsair. In the future i'll avoid products of this company, because quality control and bugfixing is not in their culture
  3. > 200€ RGB keyboard and not being able to use the effects. Yay ... I'm also waiting for some feedback from Corsair about the new firmware.
  4. I can say that this affects EVERY recent keyboard. A friend got an older build, where no newer firmware is available and his FW version differs A LOT. He got no problems. I've got at CH-912A01A-DE with iCue 4.32.129 at firmware 1.11.34. Windows 10 up2date Polling rate is at 1000hz and i don't dare to change that. Keyboard is plugged to a USB3 Hub, because this kinda lowers the frequency of the problem. The problem occurs no matter if iCue is running or not. I had the K100 before and returned it mid december. At that time i had the latest firmware and ran the latest iCue software. The problem occured daily in the middle of a game. With the replacement K100 i'm sticking to firmware 1.11.34 (latest is 1.11.39), latest iCue and a usb hub between keyboard and mainboard. Now the problem only occurs every 2-3 days. Problem is the same: Keyboard stops responding, led's are stuck to the last color (no animation anymore), repeats the last key endlessly. Only un- and replugging the usb cable resolves this problem. This is one of the most expensive keyboards on the market. Stop making excuses, talking around the problem and deliver some value. Such a fail could easily end a company
  5. I bought the M700 RGB mousepad and don't own any other corsair peripherals. Without the iCUE software in can cycle through builtin profiles with a button on the top right cornerbox on the mousepad. When running iCUE i've plenty of possibilities to create profiles, but i lose the function to cycle through profiles. Is this intentional to make me buy further corsair products (keyboard)? There is no option to assign some shortcut to cycle through profiles in iCUE when you only own a mousepad. Maybe there's a CLI command to do this so i can use thirdparty tools to make this work? Any help would be appreciated.
