    I figured it out, I was running the legacy version of ICUE. I did an uninstall, then installed the newest version, now everything works. I hope this helps people!

    The headset appears to have full functionality with Dolby audio and works with all of my apps fine, I just don't see it in the ICUE app and can't control the RGB or see the battery level. Everything is up to date from what I can tell, and all of my other corsair products (Even my Void RGB Elite) work just fine.
