  1. Hey devbiker appreciate the response I was running the most recent update 4.19.191 I was experiencing this issue before installing signalrgb. And yes I know something else is using cpu but it only happens when I am running the ICue software
  2. My CPU usage for ICue will jump from 2.5% up to 25-45% it cycles about every minute or so
  3. I have the same issue CPU usage shoots up to 70-80% making my system very laggy. has anyone found a solution to this issue?
  4. Hey everyone, so i am using the recent release of ICue on my Acer Aspire TC-1660 and I continually get a lot of CPU usage coming from ICue, my fans run full speed constantly even if I set up a custom speed curve and my computer is super laggy and slow. As soon as I uninstall ICue it runs normally, it also runs fine with Signal RGB installed. Im running a Commander core XT with 2 SP120 RGB Elites, 2x Vengance RGB Pro SL 32Gb Ram sticks, and a K60 RGB Pro keyboard. I have tried doing an uninstall, repair, clean install and nothing works. I have uninstalled signal RGB to avoid any conflicts but think im going to have top go back to using SignalRGB. is this software just flawed why does nothing seem to work the way its suppose to especially considering this is the most recent update, im really not impressed with this software. the photo is of my dashboard and ICue 72% of my cpu and corsair is the only program running. Is there a quick fix for this or is it a common issue? any help would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Thanks for responding again DevBiker, today I returned the SP RGB PRO and bought a SP RGB Elite and the lightning node does connect. No issues with the lighting node core connecting and changing settings on the fans. The Commander Pro is still not working, no connection and the RGB has now stopped working, just lets the fan spin. I know the bios is on and the usb works with the new node I grabbed today.
  6. Hey still looking for some Help. I returned the SP120 RGO Pro and got the SP120 RGP Pro Elite. The new Lighting Node works but my Commander Pro will not Connect to the ICue Software.
  7. Thank you both for the responses I have uploaded a screenshot of my ICue. c-attack: Neither the LN pro or Commander Pro are detected and the lighting effects tab is non existant. things are now worse than before. There is now no RGB at all but the fans are still working, everything should be connected as directed. USB header in the motherboard. SATA connected to the Commander, temp sensors are plugged in, RGBs are in ports 1&2, fans are in 1&2
  8. Hello I really hope someone can help me out as I have been trying to figure this issue out for a few days now and nothing. I bought a SP120 RGB pro last week for my new Acer TC-1660-EB11 and connected it through the Lighting Node Pro. The Lighting Node Pro was connected through the provided SATA connection and i plugged the USB directly into the motherboard USB header. The fans spin and the lights work fine but I can't connect the fans or node to the ICue 4 software. I purchased a Commander Pro thinking the Node wasn't working and after installing it was dis appointed to see that ICue still won't detect the Commander or fans. Fixes i have tried are reinstalling, repairing, turning off the quick boot in windows and BIOS, uninstalling the drivers, downloaded USDBeview, playing with the device manager, restarting the box with the pin hole and unplugging/ replugging the SATA. Already sent a ticket to corsair but haven't received a response yet. Nothing has worked and i'm starting to get frustrated I figured spending the 80 dollars on a commander pro would help and am now in the same boat. Is there anything i have missed or any work arounds someone has figured out on here? Edit: also have tried installing ICue 3 with the lighting node but not the Commander Pro.
