RJ THE HEAVY

if im posting in wrong spot forgive me as im new and quite upset i bought the nexus a couple months ago and set it up to show me temps and this morning it was not working so i opened up icue the take the widget off and add it again and its not showing me system info anymore the only thing it can detect is my ram no cpu gpu or anything just ram im quite upset since it was a gift from my gf and its too late for an exchange ive updated i cue reset the nexus tried different ports what do i do?
