This was with a clean install of iCUE However, after trying it again this morning, it failed once more. I then closed and re-opened iCUE, and it let me update the firmware to 30.09 Hoping that this has fixed the issue (as it has now let me set a solid colour for the keyboard)

I've been trying to get iCUE to work with my K55 RGB but having some issues. When I launch the software, it shows my keyboard, with a note about a new firmware update. Then, it disconnects the keyboard and reconnects it several times. When it finally settles down, and shows the keyboard as properly connected, the firmware update box has vanished and the only option is settings, which doesn't seem to have any effect. Any ideas?
