i need to revert back to previous version. new version problem 1) the new version run in background with 1% proc and cause pc cannot idle properly. it make my cpu heatup when idle. 2) my pc not turn off after shutdown. i need to disable fast startup in power option. with previous version, my pc can properly turn off after shutdown without disable the fast startup in power option. 3) i have disable the mural bit it activate again after pc restart. i need to manually deactivate the mural.

im not agree with you. Your software causing the PC crashed!! u understand that?? why u need to blame other hardware that not up to date? even other software not up to date, it not crashing the system.!! your icue does it.

The latest update really the problem. i have faced sudden icue crash and system crash that force me to hard shut down my pc with power button. All icon/button in windows unresponsive and hard for me to turn off the pc properly. now i reverted back to 4.21. the most stable so far. wont dare to update again. if the update still problematic, i have enough with corsair hardware. The problem with corsair is all the hardware is relying on Icue to operate. that is why the corsair is very problematic because of the icue problem. Good hardware, but bad software.

i just installed the commander core XT in my system. The weird is, the cooling preset not function at all. the fan attached at commander core XT go to full speed. Only Zero RPM preset only can be use.

i really need to downgrade to previous version. The new update really mess up top my system. Problem i occurred after update: 1) The vistuoso dongle not light up even the headphone already on and activated. not having this issue with previous. 2) Icue causing the system unresponsive and need to hard power off the pc because it cause i all icon and start button not response. 3) The icue sudden restart itself and crashed.

Why the firmware version for Virtuoso SE nearly same with Virtuoso SE Wireless Receiver firmware? Headset current firmware v.0.17.149 -> new firmware update version v.5.3.7.0. Is it obvious the version is totally different but nearly same with Virtuoso SE Wireless Receiver firmware. Can Explain? Already sent the ticket. now waiting for the response, My headset now working on USB only. Wireless totally broken after the receiver update. I just got my Virtuoso today. first day use, already crap. damn. Tried to update the headset software. after press skip, icue crashed. update failed.

When i quit the ique, all fan that connected to Commander Core will ramped up to full speed. I think icue is totally disadvantage at this area. I don't have any issue with NZXTcam and Lian Li L connect software. their software are active all the time even when in 'non-software' state that u mention. even their rgb controller still active like normal. no blinking like icue when enter the lockscreen. Since the coolant temperature is 6C lower than actual cpu temperature, i will not bother to put liquid cooler as a based. Nevermind, i have connected all the fan to motherboard pwm connector. now all fan control by motherboard. Now the problem solved. Tthe Commander core is just for RGB controller only.😂 Luckily I found this problem earlier, if not I will burn more money for the Commander Pro.

Dear All, Im not sure this is common issue with the icue. i'm new with icue software. i have H150i Aio with commander core. all fan connected to commander core with quite profile. the problem is after i enter the lock screen, the fan will ramp to full speed. its like the icue have been disable when in lockscreen. i have experienced with nzxtcam and lian li L-connect. both software use USB to connect. Both software don't have this issue when enter the lockscreen. Fan setting in bios already set in PWM. Please help.
