I've been having problems where my (wired) Corsair Harpoon RGB Mouse stops working. The Corsair emblem on the mouse goes white (when set to red) and it stops responding. I noticed that when its doing this, in my iCUE software it's status is 'charging'. (reminder, its a wired mouse). I cannot figure out how to stop it from doing this, I've looked through other people who have the same issue, but there don't seem to be any. I've tried restarting the mouse, changing the USB port (it isn't the ports, as other mice work fine), and resetting software. I'd hate to re-purchase the mouse if I don't need to. Any advice is good.
