Having exactly the same problem. Except now my mouse is paired to both dongles too.... Can't seem to unpair the mouse from the keyboard dongle, Can't connect the keyboard to the dongle, can't update the keyboard - it keeps asking for the dongle to be plugged in when it is alread (as a fair few of the rest of you have had) Raised a ticket but not expecting a reply any time soon >.<
