Thank you. I have already put in a ticket through that support link. I just need an answer before my return period expires. I would like to keep the headset if it will work, otherwise I will need to pursue a replacement from a different brand/model.
For everyone returning theirs, what replacement do you recomend? I'd really like something wireless with a flip up mic to mute. If Corsair isn't going to help, maybe the community can with a recommendation.
I completely agree. I have only had this headset for 3 days now. I also use my headset for work to make calls using a VOIP phone on a second PC. My work computer does not allow me to install software, so I have no way to install 3rd party software to "fix" it.
I am having the same Issue. I was just using a Corsair Void Elite Wireless. I'd been using those for 2+ years now and really enjoyed them. I figured I'd upgrade, but the volume is really low on my mic output. I have not changed any settings between the two headsets. I have windows volume at 100 and the mic turned up 100% in iCue as well.
