  1. Well mine shipped yesterday or day before, est. delivery date is this Monday but the package is now on hold, so I guess they'll stay there for another week or so... I did have a look on the NZXT website, thinking I'd sell the Corsair AIO and get an NZXT but they supply LGA1700 mounting kits by request and say they dispatch in batches as well, so I suspect all the cooler manufacturers are doing it the same way. Just don't get why they couldn't start shipping them before the Alder Lake launch so this could have been avoided.
  2. My retrofit kit order has finally changed to "Shipping Soon", so I suppose it can then get stuck in the DHL network somewhere for a week or two next...
  3. You'll need to raise a support ticket and ask them to cancel the order, do that here - https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new If I was still able to return my AIO I would be doing exactly the same just now, this is really poor show of Corsair. I've had a case, two coolers, RAM, SSD, headset etc. from Corsair over the years, definitely won't be buying any of their stuff again. All it would have taken to maintain some goodwill would have been acknowledgement of the supply chain issue, honest explanation as to the delay and realistic expectation on when it will be resolved, but instead we got silence.
  4. What date did you order the spacers and what country do you live in, please?
  5. And what about those of us who ordered weeks ago and our orders haven't progressed anything whatsoever? Any update for us? This isn't good enough.
  6. Yep, mine hasn't changed from Processing since I placed the order nearly two weeks ago. I'm not impressed at the lack of any sort of explanation from Corsair either, I won't be buying more Corsair products in future.
  7. What about those of us who placed orders some time ago which have apparently not even shipped yet? Other manufacturers have been far more transparent as to when customers will receive the LGA1700 mounting kits for their products, Corsair's silence on this isn't doing much for customer trust. I bought a new Corsair AIO cooler for my new build on the strength of the impression that the retrofit kit was readily available, had I realised that wasn't the case I'd have bought a product from another manufacturer.
  8. Think we already have that? Someone earlier in the thread worked out the thread is M3 and SpabalinasDesign posted the overall length and the length of the central section a few posts ago: If you could source a 22mm length of M3 threaded stud, a couple of 5mm nuts and an 0.5mm M3 washer or shim you could effectively create the same thing.
  9. What would you replace it with though? The only LGA 1700 cooler that's ready out of the box that I know of is the Noctua DH-15 air cooler, I'm not aware of any other AIOs that are ready to go or have conversion kits readily available.
  10. I ordered mine on Sat 6th, does that mean I can expect to receive mine this week some time? I bought a iCUE H115i RGB PRO XT and the bracket works on my MSI motherboard with only the LGA1700 holes. The posts on the back plate are adjustable, they can be moved in or out to suit the holes on the board and fitted fine on my MSI. I'm guessing my particular example of the H115i predates even LGA1200 as there's no mention of that in the instructions.
  11. My board doesn't have the 1200 holes but the backplate for my H115i has adjustable posts, so I was able to fit it that way. I just used the LGA1200 standoffs as well, the waterblock made good contact with the CPU and it seems to cool well. I'll still swap the standoffs out for the correct ones when they arrive but certainly in my case I've had no issue using the LGA1200 ones for now.
  12. I built my system last night, still waiting on my retrofit kit so I just used the LGA1200 standoffs, The cooler seems to fit snugly onto the CPU, I watched the CPU temp in the BIOS for about ten minutes and it never went above 32C. I'll probably change to the retrofit kit standoffs when they eventually arrive. Unfortunately my system crashes with BSOD when attempting to install Windows 10 (from a freshly-created install USB drive) so I'm not quite there yet...
  13. It's listed as compatible with the LGA1700 socket and when using the retrofit kit, yes. https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/corsair-cpu-cooler-retrofit-alder-lake-lga-1700/ I bought one on the strength of that, arrived yesterday along with my CPU, memory and motherboard. Still waiting for the retrofit kit to be shipped, though...
  14. My i5, motherboard, RAM and cooler (iCUE H115 RGB PRO XT) arrived yesterday, I also ordered the retrofit kit a few days ago and my order still shows as "Processing - ship date to be confirmed". I notice on the product page for the retrofit kit it no longer says to allow two weeks for delivery, hopefully that means that existing, unfulfilled orders will start moving soon...
