  1. I have fixed my issue now after reading several posts. The issue is the USB Splitter, if you use this then you will have issues. Apparently the commander doesn't get enough power using the splitter so it seems that randomly the screen will just stop working and display the exclamation mark. Other fixes are uninstalling the iCue software and removing the Corsair folders from within Appdata, this did also fix my issue but would only display the Liquid Temp and not allow any customisation. But the jist of the issue is, if you don't have two USB ports on your motherboard your screwed and eventually after a random restart it will stop working, or there are unlucky people like me out there who have most likely been given a faulty splitter.
  2. Mine doesn't work either. Worked for about 2 weeks after first installation, then one day after a restart it stopped working and has not worked since. It really is an absolute waste of money, but knowing how s**t Corsair are as a company it just going to take an RMA to get the issue resolved.
  3. Now to take the piss out of me even further Corsair are now selling my cooler on Black Friday with a £40 off. Given all my issues do you think they would let me have the product at Black Friday pricing, I seriously don't think so.
  4. My order cleared customs on Tuesday, but have to wait for the whole shipment to be cleared because of the way it was shipped - BULK SHIPPING.. This means although mine has cleared customs, I have to wait for all the other items to clear customs before mine can move onto DHL sorting. TBH, they should of said that when you order a cooler from them it can take 2+ weeks to arrive. But I have had enough with Corsair TBH and will just do a chargeback on my card if it doesn't arrive tomorrow.
  5. My cooler was meant to be delivered today, but is on hold in the UK. And for the exact reason you have stated, DHL confirmed my shipment is part of a bulk shipment and it won't be delivered or moved on until the whole shipment has cleared customs. When I asked when could it be, they stated it can take up to 10 working days for the whole shipment to clear and just watch the tracking information online for updates. I am one incredibly unhappy customer and never experienced such a poor service from a company.
  6. I am just going to wait till tomorrow and if not dispatched will do a chargeback on my credit card. That will be a week from order date that they have not bothered even shipping the item.
  7. Ordered the H170i Elite LCD last Tuesday and it has not been shipped by yourselves, and the shipping is being shown as SHIPPING DELAYED. I have spoken to DHL and they have stated on 3 separate occasions that the order has not been given to them, hence no pick up scan. All Corsair have done is filled in the customs form, which was done last Wednesday. Can you explain why my item has not been passed to DHL for delivery and being held back? I have contacted customer services and they just said item has been shipped, but when asking for proof of this, as DHL have stated the parcel has not been handed to them, the emails are at that point ignored. This has been an incredibly bad experience and would recommend anyone to never use the Corsair webstore, as they are incredibly slow at sending the items and their customer support is even worse.
  8. I am now on DAY 5 of Shipping Delayed. Contacted DHL again to make sure there isn't an issue their end and once again they said the same thing, the package has not been given too them. The item for the last 6 days has been waiting in the Corsair warehouse in Amsterdam, with no attempt to be shipped. Customer support is non existent and after contacting them, received the same generic email back 3 times. If my order is still SHIPPING DELAYED tomorrow, then I will be doing a chargeback with my credit card company. Word of warning never buy anything from the Corsair store.
  9. I sent you a PM shortly after you posted on here, but not had a response and parcel still not collected.
  10. How long has yours been on hold? Mine is now two days on the tracking. I spoke to DHL and they have said that the parcel has not been given to them and there is no pick up scan. So Corsair are just not giving the items to DHL. If mine isn't shipped by Monday morning, I will be contacting my bank and doing a chargeback. Corsair are a terrible company. 3 weeks for the LGA 1700 mounting screws, when was told no longer than 2 weeks - Even when ordering. Got bored of waiting so ordered the h170i LCD Elite on Tuesday and thought it would easily be with me on Friday, but no still not even been picked up. Either Corsair are completely incompetent or DHL are, and considering DHL explained what all the tracking parts mean on my order and Corsair have have 3 different occasions sent me the same generic email, I know who I believe.
  11. I am going to wait one more day and not dispatched today, will do a chargeback with my bank. There support is a waste of time and you get a random email back from them, whilst getting your name wrong, then as soon as I mentioned that I contacted DHL they have completely ghosted me. I have never had such a shite online shopping experience as bad as Corsairs before.
  12. Spoke again today to DHL and they again said that the item has not been handed to them and only the custom declaration forms have been completed and a pick up arranged. So it is still just sat in Corsair's warehouse. What kind of rubbish company doesn't ship something for over 3 days??
  13. I have the same issue with my order.. It is not DHL, but Corsair I rung DHL and they stated that my order has not been handed to them yet and there is no actual pick up scan, there is only information Corsair has completed the custom forms. I have contacted Corsair and they are useless, they didn't get my name right and couldn't provide any evidence the order was shipped. Corsair are useless as a company.
  14. I placed my order around 1AM on 3rd November and was dispatched today from China, which is a really good thing. Seems orders going from their Amsterdam office are being dispatched or DHL are holding on to them.
