  1. Verified that iCue recognizes the keyboard when it is plugged in via an Apple adapter. This doesn't really work as a long-term solution for my desk setup, but at least I can use this solution to program limited functionality with hardware profiles. Thank you.

Issue: Device not detected in iCUE for MacOS Relevant specs: Keyboard model: K95 RGB Platinum XT Keyboard firmware: 4.11.25 iCue for MacOS version: 3.38.61 MacOS version: Big Sur 11.6 Troubleshooting steps taken: Forced update of keyboard firmware via iCUE for Windows Unplugged and replugged keyboard Restarted iCUE Uninstalled and reinstalled iCUE for macOS Rebooted MacBook Is this keyboard supported by iCUE for MacOS? I don't see it in this list (the K95 RGB Platinum is listed, but not the XT): But it seems as though that forum is archived and the list has not been updated since 2019. I have found other postings from users who seemed able to use their Platinum XT with the software. However, iCue is not detecting my keyboard ("No devices detected!"). If this device is not supported, are there plans to add support for it in the future? If it is supported, do you have any troubleshooting tips beyond what I've already attempted? Thank you.
