Hello Yes it worked then. I got this mouse from Amazon Warehouse so there's a chance it had previously been installed. I didn't try the 4.X as I assumed it wouldn't work

Hello Mouse is connected via USB dongle. Have tried via wired connection too. I've tried reinstalling iCue 3.38.61 but still no luck Any clues what I'm doing wrong?
