i recently bought the T1 gaming chair and i found it was WAY too low, the cylinder is near to the ground, i bought the T2 gas lift thinking that would be better, same results, arm rest included nearly 20 cm LOWER THEN SUPPOSED TO how is this possible and how can this be fixed? seeing i spend 300 euro on a chair thats not even how its supposed to be im quite annoyed by this, to add fuel to the fire support is not even answering?...
