So here's my issue. I've had two HS60 headsets in 2021. Both have had mics seem to fail on me. The earphones still work perfectly fine for both but without any warning the mics just up and die on me. No voice programs register any noise from it. They'll work fine one day & the next it just doesn't. I'd rather not have to RMA this 2nd headset. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
