Hi guys, so it turns out I have a faulty charging cable AND dongle, what are the odds, the cable is no problem, I just replaced it but is it possible to buy a replacement dongle? I tried cleaning the contacts with alcohol but to no avail.

Did as you suggested, clean install and reset the mouse and the same thing happens. I reconnected the mouse with bluetooth and it works but 2.4GHz and wired mode don't work. It's also not showing up in Icue

Hi, so I'm having to use my Ironclaw mouse in bluetooth mode at the moment. Icue isnt picking it up in either wired mode OR wireless. It's like the receiver dongle is dead but the fact that the mouse isn't being picked up in wired mode either gives me hope that this is a software issue instead and should be easily rectified. I just upgraded from icue 3.x to 4.x and that didnt help and I've tried hard resetting the mouse and that too didn't help. Anyone have anything else I can try?
