I have the exact same problem as mentioned in this thread with no pairing. CA-9011180 I also have a dark core rgb pro se. It is currently not working as intended either. Ticket number 2004489882. I also need the firmware for the headphones. Thank you.

I just wanted to throw out there I also have double-clicking issues on my mouse. I have searched the forums and online for a solution and found none. This all started after I did a firmware update to the mouse and cannot find previous versions to downgrade. I have tried all reset options for the mouse with no luck. Here is my ticket number in hope to help to catch attention to case. 2004489882 I have seen other people on the forums receiving no reply in days to a couple of weeks. If anyone else has any other ideas to how to fix this issue, please let me know. Thank you much.
