Wondering if i could get a little help please if possible, I would like to change the cables on my PSU to some corsair braided ones but am a little confused as to what type i need> My PSU is a RM850 and the info on the box says CP-9020196-UK am almost sure i need type 4 but would like to clarify before i hit the buy button, any help would be most appreciated.

Well amazon have offered me a full refund on return of the item so looks like that's what will be happening which is a shame as actually like the product but only half working is of no use to me .

I have an issue with the LCD cooler screen and i submitted a support ticket heard nothing except confirmation and a ticket number, just checked my account and it is saying i have no support tickets, is this really the best Corsair can do when people have an issue with there products?

Thank you for the reply i have opened a ticket but heard nothing back yet, this seems to be an intermittent problem was working today and then all of a sudden its gone off again screen works fine temps are fine just the outer ring and the only changes i have made to my pc is to drop some corsair vengeance pro ram into it. Am beginning to think it may be an issue with the commander core.

Hi was wondering if anyone could help me on this one, I have the Elite cooler with LCD now all of a sudden the ring on the screen is not working although it does show up in icue just does not light up it does seem to appear once in a blue moon and will then disappear again, so far I have tried uninstalling i cue and reinstalling, repairing icue, completely taken they system apart and rebuilt it still no go, I have tried force installing the firmware this worked once but the led soon disappeared again there is no splash screen on boot up, it worked faultlessly from day but now not a thing, the LCD screen is working fine and the rest of the system is fine all corsair parts just this one nagging issue. Any help would be most appreciated am just hoping the LCD is not dead i have also checked the 24 pin plug into the commander core all seems in order. I tried to open a support ticket but got confused over the process. Thank you in advance.

First Off very sorry for the extremely late reply I got hit by the dreaded covid, secondly I would like to say a huge thank you to the people who replied I actually think the situation has resolved itself well I cannot get it to happen again all seems good idle temps don't go above 30 so whet it was i have zero idea only thig i have changed was to add a lighting node pro kit. So once again thank you so much i appreciate it greatly.

EDIT its back just appearing to do it randomly now. Can be ok for a while then suddenly appears.

I have disabled all in HWinfo I don't seem to be able to disable the monitoring of the commander pro right clicking gives me the options of hide graph increase or remove, if I don't run HWinfo and just use task manager the results are the same CPU Usage drops like a stone as an aside I dint seem to be able to replicate this as once did it is now maybe happening maybe one times out of then but before it was ten times out of ten weird to say the least. Hi there all very new to this, I have recently built my system all up and running I have one issue however I cue reports CPU load anything from 20 percent upwards and temps in the 50 degrees range. I have tried all the fixes suggested whilst i was trying to sort it out and nothing works the strange thing is I have noticed is if I open HWinfo at the same time don't have to run it just open it then ICUE says the usage is one percent and the temps drop to 28 or thereabouts and it will stay that way until I reboot the system and then it starts again. Any help or ideas, suggestions would be most appreciated. System specs are ASUS rog strix BF450 2 motherboard, Ryzen 3600, 16gb Ram,H115I platinum AIO, Three Corsair LL120s, Obsidian 500 case and commander pro. All running fine apart from that one issue.
