Hi all, I need some help. I put in an RMA request about a week ago for my AX1600i. I got an email with confirmation for my request, but when I look the ticket number up on the website it says it does not exist. I have not heard anything back from corsair too. My ticket number is (2004412883). Can someone please help me get an RMA on my power supply? It is effacing my ability to use my computer as a render device since my only power supply I have as a spare is a 750w unit and my PC usually runs ~1200w 24/7 365 days a year. The power supply was purchased new december 2018 and was put to use almost at the time of purchase.
