  1. Hey everyone,

We're absolutely hyped to bring a revamp to the award winning K70 Keyboard Series lineup - the K70 RGB PRO! The K70 RGB PRO's legacy continues with you in mind! Here’s a few quick highlights:

    • Dynamic per-key RGB backlighting that allows you to assign your choice of lighting effect/color with up to 20 lighting layers
    • Have your key presses processed and transmitted up to 8x faster - fully complimenting your lightning reflexes with CORSAIR AXON Hyper-Processing Technology
    • Offered with various CHERRY MX keyswitch options, tailoring to YOUR preference of hear and feel.

Click here for more information. We’ve put together a quick FAQ below.

Q: What's the difference between the K70 RGB TKL and K70 RGB PRO?
A: The K70 RGB PRO features a full-size layout, onboard macro recording, and detachable palm rest.

Q: Is the palm rest clip-in or magnetic?
A: The palm rest is magnetic! No more clip-in palm rest fumbling as it's quick, easy and seemless.

    Q: Is there USB passthrough?
A: There is no USB passthrough.

I have a Sabre RGB Optical mouse, it's like the only mouse not supported in iCUE 4 lol. Also I did go through the release notes but didn't find anything about profile switching or sound issues, maybe they didn't mention it because it's not very wide spread who knows. About restarting games, I already tried the solution you suggested but it didn't work. I was thinking about trying an older version of iCUE to see if it fixes it. Is there a way you could provide me like a link or something because I can't find any previous versions anywhere.

Ah I see - yes unfortunately that mouse isn't support. Definitely reach out to support so they can give the direct links to firm wares or anything else as I can't do much here. I've also brought up your issue to Corsair Albert so he is aware since he also deals more with these firm wares issues as well.

Headphones work fine in both wired & wireless mode. Microphone only works in wired mode. Microphone feedback has no issues. Here is the troubleshooting I have already tried:

    Disconnected/reconnected microphone from headset.

    reseated USB receiver.

    Reinstalled iCue.

Ran all available firmware updates to headset.

Did a soft reset of the headset.

Hey Pankac3, just wondering if there is a iCUE/firmware mismatch - what version of iCUE is your headset and dongle?

So I bought my new headset on Amazon (Corsair Void RGB Wireless) and it looks very cool,

but when I’m using it the dongle works and is white and the status led indicator is single blink green, but I can’t hear nor speak.

Oh! Sorry Itach, I didn't read the title of your post! But yes Corsair Notepad is correct about the Void RGB Wireless headset not being compatible with the XBOX. We do have headsets that are compatible with the XBOX such as this one here (the HS75 XB Wireless). For your Corsair Void headset though, you may still need to check on that issue separately. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

The headset doesn't work with the Samsung A52 via Bluetooth. There's no audio, and videos are in slow motion if the headset is connected via Bluetooth.

Do we need a firmware update?

Hey GenomeSoldier, I'm curious as to what's causing your videos to be slow on your phone because this can just be a overload on the system and not necessarily a headset issue or perhaps the headset is causing an overload on your system when connected. You will probably need a firmware update - please reach out to our support so they can further assist you.

Hey Itach, I'm wondering if there is a mismatch with the dongle to your headset firmware. Please also go ahead and contact support so they can help you further and get that firmware fix for you and show you what steps need to be done.

Hello everyone, I recently bought a Corsair HS60 Pro headset and I've been very happy with it so far. However, there's a small and rare issue regarding (I think) Corsair's software/drivers. Sometimes when running GTA 5 all sounds stop for a second when I minimize the game. The most annoying part is that the game's audio remains muted, I actually have to restart the game to fix it. It also happened once after launching Minecraft, but in that case the sound came back so I didn't have to restart the game.

According to event viewer it's always AUDIODG.exe that crashes. Also there's a pattern between exception codes and faulting modules. When the exception code is 0xc0000005 the faulting module path is C:\Windows\system32\9EarsSurroundSound.dll and when the exception code is 0xc0000374 the faulting module path is C:\Windows\system32\ntdll.dll.

The issue only occurs when iCUE is automatically switching from one profile to another, which of course happens when launching or minimizing a game. Also the higher the load on the system the more likely it is to occur. I'm running iCUE 3.38.61 I can't update to iCUE 4 because my mouse is not supported. Has anyone else had any similar problems with Corsair headsets and software?

Hey JohnX125, what kind of mouse do you have that isn't supported? You may need to update to the newest iCUE (using a different mouse if possible for now until I know what kind of mouse you have). Please also check out the release notes here. I feel like the profile switching issues have been addressed since but you can also contact support to see if they can help you further as well. I'm also thinking you don't have to reset the game to fix it - you can go into your Windows sound settings and see what audio is taking precedent. Anyways, I hope I shed some light on your issue.

I bought the HS70 Wireless Headphones in 2019. From the start, battery life was about 50% of the advertised life.

The battery has now completely failed - it won't charge at all.

I have opened the headset and discovered that the battery is DESIGNED NOT TO BE REPLACED (unless you are a professional electronics person).

All wires (from the battery, and others) are individually soldered to a small circuit board.

Imagine designing, and then selling, a battery-based product which is to be thrown away as soon as the battery stops working.

Corsair should be ashamed of themselves.

This will be the last Corsair product I will ever buy.

Hey JamHam, sorry you are experiencing this issue. Please reach out to support if you can. Did you use your headset with iCUE and what was iCUE showing you with the headset?

Hey zultan, besides a soft reset to iCUE - please check out the Release Notes and upgrade to the newest version and see if anything changes there. If not, please go ahead and send a ticket to our support so they can help you further.

I bought the HS80 on Black Friday last year and it has been a good decent headset comfort and quality wise but today the right earcup pad came loose and the problem I have with that was that when I originally unboxed the headset the earcup pads didn't seem removeable at all and today I noticed how the outer fabric is literally just glued to the frame of earcup with the foam inside it though it hasn't fully come apart I find the fact that it doesn't seem replaceable annoying and if it is replaceable then I want to at least be able to get some as I don't even see any accessories for the HS80 on the Corsair store at all and I only see replacement earpads for all the HS series except HS80 (since that has a different earcup shape to the rest of the HS series) and Void series of gaming headsets

Hello Z.S - sorry about that and yes you are correct, the earcup is not removable. Please send a ticket to our support so they can help you further.

I need to  "reboot" my ironclaw mouse every two days or else icue loses track of it, and my macros etc do not work.  Anyone else get this?

I can accept rebooting a pc on occasion, but a mouse is meant to be a simple device that just works.  Life is complex and busy enough these days without a computer mouse demanding your attention...

Sorry you've been experiencing these issues Michael12345, can I ask - when did you get the Ironclaw and if you are using it through iCUE, (what version of iCUE are you running?)

Hey Antykain73 - so I was trying to figure this out for the longest time (not sure if other users are having this problem too) but I actually cant see the image you put here. I see an image like a cancel icon or something so maybe its a broken link or something. If other users can see this image, please let me kno! Otherwise, maybe, can you go ahead and reupload? Sorry about that.

Please let me know if you are encountering any issues.
