  1. Yeah Corsair lost a customer for life with this **** up.
  2. Same issuee...... CAn someone from Corsair actually do something about this?
  3. I shouldn't need to do that, or even need to send out for a replacement if you know that your software update just bricked certain models of your previous headset. This is not a hardware fault. This happened because of your newest icue v4 update. Every corsair owner should get a free ****ing headset, not just me. I already went out of my way to try and troubleshoot this on my one day off, now I just want my money back.
  4. currently unable to update- it's showing v.? and my headset is flashing red constantly.
  5. exactly. I'm at this point looking into modding my virtuosos into a tri jack configuration- so I can use them in a coaxial dac set up and bypass this horrible software altogether. I'm done. Whoever devs for them took a massive **** this time, lost a lot of customers for life.
  6. Just putting my experience here too- Headset bricked- experience with troubleshooting devices of over 10 years, yes I tried all the normal things like uninstalling and reinstalling, and using different ports, and repairing and unpairing, and all sorts of things. icue v4 ruined my 150 dollar headset. I expect my money back corsair, since I can't get my time.
  7. I made an account simply to reply to this pile of rubbish. I have been using v3 with my corsair for more than 6 months, accidentally I updated to v4- now my headphones, after hours of troubleshooting, I see are bricked by your horrible software. I agree with others- it's time for a class action lawsuit. I bought a product expecting it to be of the highest technical quality- It's not even a shiny paperweight now.
